These Terms are subject to change at any time, without any given notice.

All players that want to purchase admin from 28WL MUST apply and be accepted on the forums. If you purchase admin from 28WL and are not a member of the 28WL clan, your purchase will be considered a donation. All sales are FINAL. All accepted members that purchase admin must agree to the following terms of service (TOS). If the contract is breached in any way shape or form, at any time 28WL Clan reserves the right to cancel and remove any privileges and services given by, or purchased from 28WL Clan without any warning, or the right to a refund. These terms do not apply to donators.

 

Exploiting Your Powers
Do not use your powers to benefit either team while in-game. This includes reporting enemy positions to your teammates, using god mode on yourself to rampage the opponent, or no clipping to sneak up behind them.

 

Major Changes
Before changing anything in the game, be sure to give all of the other players on the server a heads up with, (Normal chat: @) shortcut for amx_psay, or ask them to vote on the change with amx_vote. cvars are not to be used by new members. ONLY superiors may make these changes. That means if you do not know how to set them and are not a superior, don’t touch them. If the cvars are changed by new members and are not set to default, we will find out who changed them. And drastic measures will be taken against that member, once identified.

 

Administration Chatting
Sometimes, it may be a good idea to inform everyone of a change of a game setting, or of an upcoming map change. But NEVER, use the chat commands to say unneeded comments. These comments can be stated at the beginning of the next round, in normal chat, just like everyone else.

 

Admin Abuse
Do not abuse your administration powers in any way, shape, or form. This means that you should not do things just because they are funny or awesome. Unless you are only online with a few people, and they all agree with your abuse, DONT DO IT! This means, no slapping people because they killed you or killed the zombies when you wanted the bomb to explode. Do not in any way try to exploit bugs or glitches during the game, this goes for EVERYONE. Not hard to understand, use common sense. Admins that that are reported by the public may have their powers removed or suspended. The exact number of allowed complaints is three, and punishment will be issued depending on the severity of the complaints. On the first report we receive, we will suspend your admin for one week. On the second report, we will issue a two week admin suspension. And on the third report, your admin will be permanently suspended with no right to a refund.

 

Server Support
We the 28WL superior members are the servers support team, we try to keep the plug-ins as fool-proof as possible, but sometimes you might stumble upon a glitch that crashes the server or crashes all of the clients. In this situation you must IMMEDIATLY stop the activity and report the glitch to a superior admin or members of the 28WL Clan.

 

Work Together
If there are admins on the server with the same or higher admin flags, you must consult with them to decide on in-game decisions. These discussions can be done with admin-only chatting (Team chat: @). Remember, that running a server isn't exactly a one man show.

 

Admin Impersonation
This is an extremely bad offense, and breaches the contract and can lead to loss of access and being banned permanently from 28WL. The only time you may act as someone other than yourself is when you are an "undercover" admin (checking out what players do when admins aren't around). Undercover admins are allowed, as long as the other admins on the server know that you are doing it.

 

Player Punishment
If one player is acting up, do not punish the whole team just because of that one player's actions. Investigate, and get to the bottom of it. Until you can single out the bad one, then punish him accordingly.

 

Kick/Ban Reasons
Kicks and bans can be extremely BAD if they are not fully investigated prior to the action. Make sure that you have a good enough reason before you decide to kick and or ban any player from the servers.
